How does the 90 day free trial work?
If you cancel a plan within 90 days of signing in you will not be charged "zip, nothing, nada". If you do choose to cancel your account after the 90 days there will never be any reoccurring charges made to your card, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 90 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.

Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices you see above for the different
plans are all inclusive. For example the Plus plan is $149/month for up to 8 users. That means you pay $149 a month total as long as you do not exceed 8 users. If your casino needs 10 users you must go up to the next plan.

Can I change plans at any time?
Lets say if you add another casino and you fall
out of the Trips plan and you want to move up to
the Straight plan you can simply click on the
"Account" tab on your dashboard and you will
see the options.
